Free trial and subscription — how it works

This page is for companies signing up for eKT.one, eIFU.one and EUP.one. The binding rules are in the Free Trial and Automatic Payment Terms and the Terms of Use.

1. Sign-up

1. Sign up on the sign-up page (the Start your free trial link on the login page) with your corporate e-mail address. Free addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook are not accepted.
2. Open your account with the link sent to your e-mail. The person who signs up becomes the company's first administrator (Company Administrator).
3. If your company already has an account, no new account is opened; your company administrator invites you from the My Team (Ekibim) screen.

2. Subscription and card

1. Enter your billing details and choose your package and number of products (leaflets). The estimated monthly amount is shown excluding VAT.
2. Register your card on iyzico's secure page. To verify the card, TRY 1 is charged and refunded on the same day. We do not store your card number.
3. At the card step you authorise the automatic charging of the account statement to your card at the end of the trial and every month.

3. During the trial (14 days)

• You can create at most 1 product: upload your approved PDF, let the AI prepare an accessible page draft, then review and publish it.
• Your product page shows a "DEMO" label and is closed to search engines. Do not use this page on packaging or in official registrations.
• No fee is charged during the trial.

4. What happens at the end of the trial?

1. 3 days before the end, we send you an e-mail with the conversion date, the estimated first amount and how to end the trial.
2. If you do not end the trial, your account converts to a paid subscription: the DEMO label is removed, your product page becomes a regular page and the first monthly statement is charged to your card.
3. The subscription term is 1 year.

5. Ending the trial

During the trial you can leave without paying via My Account → End trial (Hesabım → Denemeyi Bitir). The trial closes at the end of the period and your product page is closed; your content is kept for 30 days and is preserved if you subscribe within that time.

6. Monthly fee and invoice

• The account statement is issued on the 1st of each month and charged to your registered card including VAT. No daily pro-rating is applied for partial months.
• Statement items: monthly package fee, products above the package scope and AI usage for the previous month.
• Your invoice is issued electronically within 7 days after payment.
• If a charge fails, we e-mail you and retry for 3 days. During this time you can update your card under My Account → Card (Hesabım → Kart).

7. Managing your card

You can change or remove your card at any time under My Account → Card (Hesabım → Kart). If the card is removed, later statements are paid by invoice and bank transfer.

8. Renewal

• At the end of the contract term the subscription renews automatically for the same period (1 year). We send you an e-mail 30 days before the end.
• If you do not want to renew, use My Account → Turn off automatic renewal (Hesabım → Otomatik Yenilemeyi Kapat) before the end date. The subscription then ends at the end of the term. You can turn it back on in the same place.

9. If the terms change

A material change to your detriment is notified at least 30 days before it takes effect, by e-mail and on the My Account screen. You can accept the change in My Account (Hesabım). If you do not accept it, you can end your subscription without penalty by giving notice before the effective date.
